Earth care is an important Quaker testimony. The day is planned for both adults and children to participate. Activities include: tour of a recycling plant; viewing of Comfort Zone, a video on climate change and its effect locally; potluck picnic lunch at a nearby park; discussion and sharing about ways to “walk lightly” on the Earth; meditation in nature; and nature activities.
